Rooted in the world of plant medicine, nervous system healing, and feminine ritual, The Willow & The Rose is a sanctuary created for women who are ready to soften, restore, and return to themselves.

This space is intimate by design — six women only — where ceremony meets self-care, and healing meets luxury. Each retreat weaves together grounding practices, gentle introductions to plant medicine, cacao, mindful movement, guided breathwork, curated nourishment, and restorative bodywork.

    A gathering for women ready to slow down, release, and return to self.

    Held in the quiet months of winter, this retreat blends cacao and microdosing introductions with restorative yoga, grounding ceremony, and curated spa rituals designed to reset your nervous system and reignite your inner warmth.
